Wij nemen alleen groepsreserveringen aan vanaf 6+ personen. Als je geïnteresseerd bent, stuur ons dan een e-mail en wij sturen je de groepsmenu opties toe!

Many women experience discomfort because of hormonal imbalances. 🙏🏻 These discomforts are the body’s way of asking you to listen – to hear its needs and become whole again. 22-10 • Subtle Energetic Work & Yin - `Rest & Relieve` – By @unfoldyouryoga 💫- This relaxing afternoon has been carefully created to soothe your nervous system and provide you with the time and space to release any tension, heaviness, stress, or fatigue you may be feeling. ♥️ Kim`s warm guidance will lead you through various practices, including meditation, gentle movement, breathing exercises, and a series of deep Yin postures.
