As owner of Kula, the studio is obviously Annemijn’s fave place to teach Yin, Vinyasa or Restorative Yoga. She loves to work with music, essential oils & breathwork. Expect softness and spiritual teachings in her classes helping you to reconnect to your essence.
Meet Gözde
Sharing life’s joys, especially yoga, is something I love. During the class I like guiding fellow yogis to focus on breathing, gaze & asana together to make our practice more mindful than a physical one. My favorite yoga pose is “the bird of paradise”. It’s like taking small steps at your own pace, reflecting real-life progression. Can’t wait to meet you on the mat soon!

As owner of Kula, Berend is a fulltime spaceholder for all the magic that unfolds in both the cafe as in the studio. Berend is a meditation teacher & shares his spiritual insights in workshops, events or classes. Berend is all about real masculine embodiment, vulnerability & honesty – as he sees this as powerful strengths, helping you to reconnect to your essence.
