Meet Cecilio

Cecilio loves to support you on the journey of discovering what yoga means to you. Expect in his classes clear guidance, challenging poses, some playfulness and a touch of philosophy. Cecilio likes to meet you in person and hear your story.

Meet Annemijn

As owner of Kula, the studio is obviously Annemijn’s fave place to teach Yin, Vinyasa or Restorative Yoga. She loves to work with music, essential oils & breathwork. Expect softness and spiritual teachings in her classes helping you to reconnect to your essence.

Meet Iris

As breathwork coach & yoga teacher, Iris guides you back to your heart and helps you to let go of what no longer serves you. After her classes, stagnated energy & emotional blockages are able to move freely through your body again. Expect deep relaxation, clarity & grounding. 

Meet Mandy

Mandy is all about sharing good vibes! Bringing you creative and fun vinyasa style classes focusing on gaining strength, creating space and increasing flexibility. She loves to work with beautiful shapes and poses, flowing on soothing beats leaving you feeling inspired, calm and connected.

Meet Leontien

In Leontien’s classes, she focuses on breath & on feeling the impact of an asana on the body, mind and heart. Leontien makes sure all of her students leave her class feeling refreshed, recharged & relaxed.

For Dewi, yoga is a way to deeply connect to your inner world, to experience unity between body, mind & soul. In Dewi’s classes, she invites you to discover your own unique path and to connect with your own life rhythm – by doing your yoga practice.

Meet Joanne

Joanne’s classes & beautifully crafted nidras, which are infused with the magic of Vedic Astrology, will inspire you to relax your mind and awaken your heart – to live with more awareness and a little bit more humor, so you can playfully embrace and enjoy all the facets of life.

Meet Anne

Anne works with beautiful sounds throughout her yin classes, helping you to completely relax. The sounds of her sound bowls and other instruments go all the way into your subconsciousness, creating deep inner peace & rest.

Meet Elma

For Elma, yoga is meditation – total focus on the body, total focus on following the breath. In Elma’s classes she helps people listen to their bodies & to their own personal rhythm. ‘Everything is energy’ – Elma likes to play with energy, which is what she does in her classes. 

Meet Jessica

Jessica is all about embracing the journey of new beginnings & trusting the process fully. As a yoga teacher, she’s passionate about creating fun flow sequences to share with her students. “Yoga is a dance between control and surrender.”

Can you use some calmness in your life? Go to Vivian’s Yoga Nidra class where you get into a state of consciousness between being awake & being asleep. With Vivian’s beautiful voice, music and ambiance, she creates a space to experience deep relaxation and healing.

Meet Suzanne

Suzanne started practicing meditation & yoga out of curiosity. She was looking for new ways to balance her body, mind & soul. After the first class, she was immediately hooked to the feeling it gave her. She decided she wanted to spread that feeling & become a teacher herself.

Meet Roisin

Roisin’s life is filled with movement. Both dancing & yoga teaching show her daily how beneficial movement is for the body, mind and heart. As yoga teacher, she brings people in a state of flow, combining breath & movement, creating at consciousness, relaxation & calm.

Meet Fanny

The first time Fanny practiced yoga, she felt like it was the first time she was actually breathing properly. Ever since, yoga has been helping her navigate life changes and challenges. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Flow classes, and recently she also specialized in Prenatal yoga.
