As a yoga teacher, Samantha creates a personal and caring atmosphere where each student feels supported and valued. Her grounded approach emphasizes growth and positivity, encouraging mindfulness and holistic well-being. Together, we cultivate a nurturing environment that promotes inner peace and resilience.

Meet Cecilio

Cecilio loves to support you on the journey of discovering what yoga means to you. Expect in his classes clear guidance, challenging poses, some playfulness and a touch of philosophy. Cecilio likes to meet you in person and hear your story.

Meet Annemijn

As owner of Kula, the studio is obviously Annemijn’s fave place to teach Yin, Vinyasa or Restorative Yoga. She loves to work with music, essential oils & breathwork. Expect softness and spiritual teachings in her classes helping you to reconnect to your essence.

Meet Gözde

Sharing life’s joys, especially yoga, is something I love. During the class I like guiding fellow yogis to focus on breathing, gaze & asana together to make our practice more mindful than a physical one. My favorite yoga pose is “the bird of paradise”. It’s like taking small steps at your own pace, reflecting real-life progression. Can’t wait to meet you on the mat soon!

Meet Berend

As owner of Kula, Berend is a fulltime spaceholder for all the magic that unfolds in both the cafe as in the studio. Berend is a meditation teacher & shares his spiritual insights in workshops, events or classes. Berend is all about real masculine embodiment, vulnerability & honesty – as he sees this as powerful strengths, helping you to reconnect to your essence.

Meet Leontien

In Leontien’s classes, she focuses on breath & on feeling the impact of an asana on the body, mind and heart. Leontien makes sure all of her students leave her class feeling refreshed, recharged & relaxed.

 

Meet Joyce

Joyce is 36 years old and discovered yoga ten years ago. Since then, yoga has completely transformed her life. In her classes, accessibility is central – yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga.

Meet Felix

As yoga teacher & breathwork coach, Felix will guide you on your inner journey. “When you’re present in the body, you can connect yourself. When you’re connected to yourself, you can connect to others & your environment.” Felix will challenge you in his classes too, so you can keep on growing & learning.

For Dewi, yoga is a way to deeply connect to your inner world, to experience unity between body, mind & soul. In Dewi’s classes, she invites you to discover your own unique path and to connect with your own life rhythm – by doing your yoga practice.

Meet Saskia

Meet Saskia. For her, yoga is the art of awareness, where movement becomes a way to connect more deeply with yourself. Her classes blend Hatha, Vinyasa and Pranayama, creating a practice that feels strong, fluid, grounding and accessible. She also loves exploring the softer layers of yoga through Yoga Nidra, meditation and breathwork. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Saskia warmly invites you to connect through movement.

Lesley is all about coming home to yourself through the amazing wisdom of your body. Be prepared to dive deep through movement and stillness. Lesley’s teachings are an extension of her own ongoing journey of self-love and saying yes to life.

For Elma, yoga is meditation – total focus on the body, total focus on following the breath. In Elma’s classes she helps people listen to their bodies & to their own personal rhythm. ‘Everything is energy’ – Elma likes to play with energy, which is what she does in her classes.

Amélie’s approach to yoga remains ever focused on empowering her students to listen to themselves and their body, make the practice accessible to every body, and find strength in the softness. Her calm and nurturing energy is an invitation to slow down, relax and come home to yourself.

Can you use some calmness in your life? Go to Vivian’s Yoga Nidra class where you get into a state of consciousness between being awake & being asleep. With Vivian’s beautiful voice, music and ambiance, she creates a space to experience deep relaxation and healing.

Suzanne started practicing meditation & yoga out of curiosity. She was looking for new ways to balance her body, mind & soul. After the first class, she was immediately hooked to the feeling it gave her. She decided she wanted to spread that feeling & become a teacher herself.

Roisin’s life is filled with movement. Both dancing & yoga teaching show her daily how beneficial movement is for the body, mind and heart. As yoga teacher, she brings people in a state of flow, combining breath & movement, creating at consciousness, relaxation & calm.

For Jinte, practicing yoga feels like coming home. Coming home to the body, the mind and the soul. During her flowy and soft practices she will not only treat you with juicy movements for the body but also make sure you will leave the studio feeling more aligned with your inner-self.
